BUKK AT A GLANCE

Bureau of General, Finance and Employee Affairs (BUKK) of Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa is one of bureaus within Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. In carrying out its main tasks and function, Bureau of General, Finance and Employee Affairs executes tasks and function as follows:

In the structure of organization, Bureau of General, Finance and Employee Affairs (BUKK) is in the echelon IIa and is led by a Head of Bureau with the minimum rank of IVb.

In the execution of the main tasks and function, the Head of BUKK supervises 3 (three) Heads of Divisions and 8 (Eight) Heads of Sub Divisions which are:

Tasks Details of Division of General Affairs:

  1. Performing the arrangement of work program of Division and work program of Bureau;
  2. Performing the arrangement of the material of policy formulation in administration, domesticity, and states property;
  3. Performing the affairs of mails, archives, and documentation of activities of UNTIRTA;
  4. Performing the security, order, sanitation, and beauty within UNTIRTA;
  5. Performing the administration affairs of the leader of UNTIRTA;
  6. Performing the protocol affairs, reception of guest leader, ceremony, and official meetings of UNTIRTA;
  7. Performing the arrangement of the plan of need, maintenance, and care of states property within UNTIRTA;
  8. Performing the procurement, storage, maintenance, and care of states property within UNTIRTA;
  9. Performing the usage of building, home office, other infrastructures within UNTIRTA;
  10. Performing the settings of telephone, electricity, air conditioner, water, and gas usage for the office, home office, and other infrastructures within UNTIRTA;
  11. Performing the settings of the usage of office equipment and official vehicles of UNTIRTA;
  12. Performing the inventory and removal of state property within UNTIRTA;
  13. Performing the maintenance and care of states property;
  14. Performing the management of accounting system of states property;
  15. Performing the arrangement of the report of states property;
  16. Performing the administration of official travel;
  17. Performing the supervision and evaluation of administration, domesticity, and states property management;
  18. Performing the storage and maintenance of Division’s documents; and
  19. Performing the arrangement of Division’s report and Bureau’s report.

Tasks Details of Sub Division of Administration:

  1. Performing the arrangement of work program of Sub Division and work program of Division;
  2. Performing the reception, recording, and distribution of incoming and outgoing mails;
  3. Performing the arrangement and maintenance of archives;
  4. Performing the provision of archive lending services;
  5. Performing the weeding and proposal for archives deletion;
  6. Performing the protocol affairs and reception of guest leader;
  7. Performing the arrangement of minutes of official meetings;
  8. Performing the duplication of mails and documents;
  9. Performing the arrangement of mails and archives statistics;
  10. Performing the administration of official travel;
  11. Performing the storage and maintenance of Sub Division’s documents; and
  12. Performing the arrangement of Sub Division’s report and Division’s report.

Tasks Details of Sub Division of States Property:

  1. Performing the arrangement of work program of Sub Division;
  2. Performing the data collection and tabulation of states property;
  3. Performing the arrangement of the plan procurement, maintenance, and care of states property;
  4. Performing the procurement of goods and services;
  5. Performing the storage and distribution of states property;
  6. Performing the bookkeeping of states property within UNTIRTA;
  7. Performing the inventory of states property within UNTIRTA;
  8. Performing the arrangement of the proposal of states property removal within UNTIRTA;
  9. Performing the arrangement of the list of room items within UNTIRTA;
  10. Performing the arrangement of the report of the mutation of states property within UNTIRTA;
  11. Performing the arrangement of the report of procurement of states property within UNTIRTA;
  12. Performing the dispute resolution of states property;
  13. Performing the arrangement of inventory report for consumables;
  14. Performing the supervision and evaluation of the usage of states property;
  15. Performing the management of accounting system of states property;
  16. Performing the arrangement of the report of states property;
  17. Performing the storage and maintenance of Sub Division’s documents; and

Tasks Details of Sub Division of Domesticity:

  1. Performing the arrangement of work program of Sub Division;
  2. Performing the security, order, sanitation, and beauty within UNTIRTA;

  4. Performing the ceremony and official meetings;
  5. Performing the settings of the usage and maintenance of office equipment and official vehicles of UNTIRTA;
  6. Performing the settings of the usage of telephone, electricity, air conditioner, water, and gas usage for the office and home office of UNTIRTA
  7. Performing the management of policlinic of UNTIRTA;
  8. Performing the storage and maintenance of Sub Division’s documents; and
  9. Performing the arrangement of Sub Division’s report.

Tasks Details of Division of Employee Affairs and Governance:

  1. Performing the arrangement of work program of Division;
  2. Performing the arrangement of the formation and the plan of employee development within UNTIRTA;
  3. Performing the enrollment, assignment, placement and transfer of employees within UNTIRTA;
  4. Performing the pre-service training for prospective civil servants; ranks, assignments, inauguration, handing over of positions, and oaths / appointments of civil servants;
  5. Performing the preparation of the proposal of the assignments and the dismissal of treasury officials;
  6. Performing the employee welfare, giving furlough and suggestion of giving awards to the employee of UNTIRTA;
  7. Performing the preparation of the implementation of second level official exams and the preparation of participants for third level service examinations;
  8. Performing the employee development;
  9. Performing the arrangement of the material for the assessment of lecturer credit numbers and certain other functional positions;
  10. Performing the processing of proposals for promotion of the position of head, professor, and certain other functional positions as well as the determination of professors / professors emeritus;
  11. Performing the discipline, dismissal, and retirement of employee of UNTIRTA;
  12. Performing the arrangement of employee statistics;
  13. Performing the proposal of scholarship and learning assignments allowances;
  14. Performing the arrangement of list of assessments of job implementation and rank list;
  15. Performing the arrangement of the draft legislation within UNTIRTA;

  7. Performing the preparation of material for the assessment of lecturer credit numbers and certain other functional positions;
  8. Performing the processing of proposals for promotion of the position of head, professor, and certain other functional positions
  9. Performing the preparation of proposal for employee promotions and periodic salary increase;
  10. Performing the preparation of proposal for pre-service training,

  17. Performing the arrangement of proposals for the appointments and inauguration of professors / professors emeritus;
  18. Performing the arrangement of giving the approval letter to move;
  19. Performing the arrangement of material for the election of exemplary employee;
  20. Performing the collection and tabulation of the employee attendance data;
  21. Performing the arrangement of employee statisctics;
  22. Performing the proposal of the dismissal and the retirement of employee;

  3. Performing the arrangement of material for consideration and legal assistance;
  4. Performing the collection, the classification, and the documentation of legislation;
  5. Performing the procurement and dissemination of legislation;
  6. Performing the job analysis within UNTIRTA;
  7. Performing the arrangement of the material for evaluation of organization and governance;
  8. Performing the arrangement of the proposal of organization improvement;
  9. Performing the arrangement of work systems and procedures;
  10. Performing the supervision and the evaluation of legislation implementation, work systems and procedures, and job analysis;
  11. Performing the storage and maintenance of Sub Division’s documents; and
  12. Performing the arrangement of Sub Division’s report and Division’s report.

 

Tasks Details of Division of Finance:

  1. Performing the arrangement of work program of Division;
  2. Performing the arrangement of the plan of budget disbursement and execution of UNTIRTA;
  3. Performing the verification and ratification of the proposal of budget disbursement;
  4. melaksanakan penerimaan, penyimpanan, dan pengeluaran anggaran;
  5. melaksanakan pembukuan dan pertanggungjawaban pelaksanaan anggaran;
  6. melaksanakan verifikasi dan rekonsiliasi dokumen pengeluaran keuangan UNTIRTA;
  7. melaksanakan urusan tuntutan perbendaharaan/ganti rugi;
  8. melaksanakan pemantauan dan evaluasi pelaksanaan anggaran;
  9. melaksanakan penyusunan akuntansi, neraca keuangan, dan laporan keuangan UNTIRTA;
  10. melaksanakan verifikasi laporan pertanggungjawaban keuangan di lingkungan UNTIRTA;
  11. melakukan konsolidasi laporan keuangan yang bersumber dari PNBP dan Non PNBP;
  12. melaksanakan pengelolaan sistem akuntansi keuangan UNTIRTA;

  4. Performing the budget revenues, storages, and expenses which are sourced from Non-Tax Revenue (PNBP);
  5. Performing the verification of the proposal of budget disbursement which is sourced from Non-Tax Revenue (PNBP);
  6. Performing the recording, verification, and documentation of the proof of budget revenues and expenses which is sourced from Non-Tax Revenue (PNBP);

  6. Performing the preparation of guidance materials and technical services in the field of financial accounting and finance report of UNTIRTA;
