BAKP

Bureau of Academic, Student Affairs, and Planning (BAKP) of Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa is a bureau which is responsible for:

  1. Academic, consists of: registration of new and old students, graduation registration, management of academic transcripts, management of graduation registration, and academic administration.
  2. Student Affairs, consists of: management of scholarship, enhancement of students achievements, management and development of Ormawa (student organizations), and anything related to student affairs.
  3. Planning, consists of: planning of university activities, including planning of procurement of goods and services.

BAKP is led by a Head of Bureau who supervises 2 Head of Divisions (the Head of Division of Academic and Student Affairs and the Head of Division of Planning). The Head of Division of Academic and Student Affairs supervises the Head of Sub Division of Academic and Student Affairs and the Head of Sub Division of Registration and Statistic. The Head of Division of Planning supervises the Head of Sub Division of Planning.

Vision of BAKP

According to the Statue of Untirta in Article 55, Bureau of Academic, Student Affairs, and Planning (BAKP) is mentioned as an administrative executor carrying out authority and responsibility on the level of Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa in the field of Academic Administration, Student Affairs, and Planning.

In the implementation, BAKP has vision which is “Actualizing Academic technical services towards Advanced, Excellent, Characterized Untirta in togetherness of 2025”.

  2. Performing data analysis in the field of academic and student affairs;
  3. Performing the arrangement of academic calendar;
  4. Performing the student enrollment and registration;
  5. Performing the preparation of graduation, Dies Natalis, scientific oration, inauguration of professors, and other scientific meeting;
  6. Performing the administration of lecture and exam;
  7. Performing the administration of lecturers’ learning assignments;
  8. Performing the administration of student graduation;
  9. Performing the arrangement of plan for educational facilities needs and utilization;
  10. Performing the process of the authorization of research and community service;
  11. Performing the evaluation of educational activities, research, and community services;
  12. Performing the development and enhancement in the field of students’ interest, talent and welfare;
  13. Performing the administration in the field of students’ interest, talent and welfare;
  14. Performing the services in the field of students’ interest, talent and welfare;
  15. Performing the administration of alumni;
  16. Performing the arrangement of students statistics;
  17. Performing the processing of academic and student affairs information;
  18. Performing the supervision and evaluation of academic and student affairs activity;

1.1.1.  Sub Division of Academic and Evaluation

Technical activity program of Sub Division of Academic and Student Affairs involves:

  1. Performing the arrangement of the work program of the division;
  2. Performing the arrangement of instrument, monitoring, and educational evaluation;
  3. Performing the collection and tabulation of academic data;
  4. Performing the data presentation of monitoring and evaluation results as material of policy for the leader;
  5. Performing the material of academic calendar arrangement;
  6. Performing the administration of lecture and exam;
  7. Performing the administration of lecturers’ learning assignments ;
  8. Performing the processing of diploma;
  9. Performing the extension of study period and the termination of academic study;
  10. Performing the administration of research and community services done by students;
  11. Performing the distribution of transcript services;
  12. Performing the preparation of graduation, Dies Natalis, scientific oration, inauguration of professors, and other scientific meeting;
  13. Performing the arrangement of plan for educational facilities needs and utilization;
  14. Performing the settings of the use of academic facilities;
  15. Performing the preparation of the material of academic activities monitoring and evaluation;
  16. Performing the storage and maintenance of sub division’s documents;
  17. Performing the arrangement of sub division’s reports.

1.1.2  Sub Division of Registration and Statistics

Technical activity program of Sub Division of Registration and Statistics involves:

  1. Performing the work program of the division and sub division;
  2. Performing the arrangement of the student enrollment and registration guidelines;
  3. Performing the enrollment of new students;
  4. Performing the registration of new students;
  5. Performing the preparation of student cards, study plan cards, study results cards, and the distribution of students registration number;
  6. Performing the transfer of study programs;
  7. Performing the academic furlough of students;
  8. Performing the processing of student migration and or resignation;
  9. Performing the arrangement of students statistics;
  10. Performing the storage and maintenance of sub division’s documents;
  11. Performing the arrangement of sub division’s reports.

1.1.3. Sub Division Student Affairs and Alumni

Technical activity program of Sub Division of Student Affairs and Alumni involves:

  1. Performing the arrangement of work programs of the division and sub division;
  2. Performing the data collection and tabulation in the field of student affairs and alumni;
  3. Performing the arrangement students activity plan;
  4. Performing the election of model students;
  5. Performing the facilitation of students skills and entrepreneurship;
  6. Performing the authorization and recommendation of students activities;
  7. Performing the arrangement of the needs of students welfare services;
  8. Performing the distribution of scholarship;
  9. Performing the facilitation of students skills enhancement;
  10. Performing the service of students welfare and health;
  11. Performing the distribution of job vacancy information;
  12. Performing the facilitation of alumni networks;
  13. Performing the supervision and evaluation of academic and student affairs activity;

  4. Performing the arrangement of unit costs of activity;
  5. Performing the analysis towards the proposal of program, activity, target, and budget within Untirta;
  6. Performing the arrangement of plan, program, activity, target, and budget within Untirta;
  7. Performing the arrangement of the proposal of program, activity, target, and budget adjustment within Untirta;
  8. Performing the presentation of the data of program implementation, activity, target, and budget development within Untirta;
  9. Performing the arrangement of the report of program implementation and activity along with the performance accountability of Untirta;
  10. Performing the coverage and documentation along with the arrangement of information and publication materials;

  9. Performing the promotion and exhibition;
